RFI acquires Garden of Life division & forges partnership with Grupo CentroFlora.


Beyond Organic Ingredients, West Palm Beach, FL, a supplier and forumlator of organic raw materials has been acquired by RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) High-frequency electromagnetic waves that emanate from electronic devices such as chips.

 Ingredients, Blauvelt, NY. To ensure that Garden of Life has the systems in place to support future growth plans the strategic decision was made to divest the Beyond Organic Ingredients division. Garden of Life currently formulates, manufactures and distributes more than 30 proprietary whole foods nutritional supplements to retailers nationally.

In other news, a supply partnership was recently finalized between RFI Ingredients and Grupo CentroFlora, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Under terms of the agreement, RFI will be the exclusive partner in North America for all CentroFlora products. CentroFlora, which has a pharmaceutical-grade, certified organic manufacturing facility, is focused on producing quality natural ingredients and promoting environmental and economic sustainability for the Brazilian community.
