REWARD SET IN AFGHAN EATERY FIRE.

Fire officials Thursday offered a $25,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for setting a fire Sept. 17 at a restaurant serving Afghan cuisine Cuisine (from French cuisine, "cooking; culinary art; kitchen"; ultimately from Latin coquere, "to cook") is a specific set of cooking traditions and practices, often associated with a specific culture. .
