Led by musical director and pianist Gary Poirot, the entire cast does a moving rendition of ``Give Me the World for Christmas,'' with the children and teens performing in sign language. There's a touch of 19th-century England with ``Here We Come A-Wassailing'' and a bit of nostalgia with the lively ``Sleigh Ride "Sleigh Ride" is a light orchestral piece written by Leroy Anderson on, ironically, a hot summer day in 1948; lyrics were written later by Mitchell Parish. He also produced ``The Devil's Divas,'' a show featuring five sopranos singing operatic arias - some of them contemporary - mixed with comedic touches. Poirot is creating another revue, ``Gershwin,'' for the group, scheduled for May next year at the Simi Valley Cultural Center.
