Maybe it's because her record sales of 128 million have paid Sony Music's rent for years that the entire show was apparently designed not to tire the cooing gold mine. In a performance packed with time-consuming video segments, tacky set pieces that included a pseudo-boxing match, a beauty pageant and dance routines, plus a cameo from a couple of live lambs, Carey managed to sing less than two-dozen numbers. The concert opened with a 10-minute video setting up a running joke that Carey has an evil twin named Bianca (think of her as Mariah Scary) who runs around trying to sabotage the good Mariah. The fact that Carey thinks any of this is witty or entertaining is far more frightening than anything Bianca could come up with. It all came together in ``X-Girlfriend,'' a hip-hop-flavored tune from the ``Rainbow'' album that successfully blended a hard urban beat with some surprisingly soulful crooning. For an audience packed with little Mariahs and often their moms, Carey accented her hip-hop leanings, bringing on rappers Krazy Bone of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and opening act Da Brat Da Brat (born Shawntae Harris on April 14, 1974 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American female rapper.
