Some reunions may be held less often. for dogs, cats and people who want to reclaim animals they once left behind at the Pets for Life sanctuary in Van Nuys. The unlicensed shelter was closed last month after city workers said they found hundreds of sickly pets and some dead. Peter Persic, a spokesman for L.A.
