RESOURCE PUBLICATIONS STARTS "SAFE LEARNING" MAGAZINE.Resource Learning, Inc. To be published eight times in 2001 and ten times in 2002, it has an initial controlled circulation of 110,000. The first few issues of the new title are being targeted to principals and administrators with plans to expand circulation through paid subscriptions to teachers, security staff and counselors, and to police and government professionals, with eventual conversion to all paid circulation. Editorial is being designed to address issues of violence and safety in schools and the company said that future editions will respond to readers' input.
