The center is not yet complete. A corrugated-metal repair shop will be converted into a dining hall for 200 people or so. The 4,000-square-foot building will also house a grocery warehouse and laundry.

``We have over 200 people for a hot meal on a Friday night,'' said Grace board member Janie Kincaid. ``We need to get the other building done.''

Grace officials estimate it will cost $150,000 to renovate the dining hall building.
