Resnick also testified that Simpson told her in 1994 that he "doesn't beat Nicole any more," Marks said. In other developments, sources speaking on condition of anonymity said Simpson's lead attorneys were considering quitting the case. The Simpson defense, led by lawyer Robert Baker, has concerns about getting paid, the sources said. But "it's primarily an issue of client control," said one source close to the case.
