O.J. Simpson repeatedly kicked Nicole Brown Simpson Nicole Brown Simpson (May 19, 1959 – June 12, 1994) was the wife of American football player O.J. Simpson. Found murdered at her home in Los Angeles, California, along with her friend Ronald Goldman, her death led to one of the most controversial and widely-discussed criminal  while she was pregnant and belted her with wine bottles, Faye Resnick Faye Resnick testified in the civil suit of Fred Goldman vs. O.J. Simpson. She claimed that O.J. Simpson stalked his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson in the months before she was killed with her friend Ronald Goldman.

She claimed that Simpson used cocaine.
 said during a deposition Monday.

Meanwhile, sources said Simpson's lawyers were thinking of quitting the case because he has disregarded their advice not to talk to the media and may not be able to pay his legal bills.

Resnick, who describes herself as a close friend of Nicole Simpson, completed three days of questioning in the civil lawsuit filed against Simpson by the families of Nicole Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman Ronald Lyle Goldman (July 2, 1968 – June 12, 1994) was murdered in Los Angeles, California in 1994 at the age of 25 along with his friend Nicole Brown Simpson, the ex-wife of American football player O.J. Simpson. .

Nicole Simpson and Goldman were slashed to death in front of her condo in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  in June 1994. Simpson was acquitted of murder Oct. 3.

Resnick's lawyer, Leonard Marks, said Resnick answered all questions put to her during the three-hour session by Simpson's lawyers.

He conceded that some of her testimony about what Nicole Simpson told her might be inadmissible That which, according to established legal principles, cannot be received into evidence at a trial for consideration by the jury or judge in reaching a determination of the action.  in court because it is hearsay evidence HEARSAY EVIDENCE. . A judge must decide whether to admit it.

Simpson's lawyers did not speak with reporters after the deposition, nor did Resnick. Marks said Resnick planned to leave the country in several days because of death threats, but he did not say where she was going.

In a tell-all book she wrote on the case, Resnick alluded to Simpson beating his wife when she was pregnant.

Court documents released by the prosecution in Simpson's trial alleged he verbally abused his wife when she was pregnant with their second child, calling her a "fat pig" and once locking her out of their home after an argument.

In her deposition Monday, Resnick "testified that Nicole told her that while she was pregnant, that O.J. kicked her many times. And she also testified that Nicole said that 'kicking was O.J.'s favorite,' " Marks said.

Resnick also testified that Nicole Simpson told her Simpson beat her up and locked her in a closet, went to watch football, then returned to the closet and beat her again.

"She also swore in detail under oath that Nicole had accounted to her detailed beatings by O.J., including being belted by wine bottles by him," Marks said.

Resnick also testified that Simpson told her in 1994 that he "doesn't beat Nicole any more," Marks said.

Simpson has denied ever abusing his wife, except for one 1989 beating to which he pleaded no contest to misdemeanor spousal battery. Even then, he claims he was trying to fend her off.

Resnick, 37, has long contended that Simpson committed the killings and Simpson has blamed Resnick for somehow being responsible for the murders.

In other developments, sources speaking on condition of anonymity said Simpson's lead attorneys were considering quitting the case.

The Simpson defense, led by lawyer Robert Baker, has concerns about getting paid, the sources said.

But "it's primarily an issue of client control," said one source close to the case. "The guy's running to the press every day."
