RESIDENTS MARK WIN OVER CITY WITH TROT.

About 75 Chatsworth residents and their supporters took part in a horseback parade down Topanga Canyon Boulevard on Sunday to celebrate a court victory in a battle to maintain the rural character of their neighborhood.
