RESIDENTS GET POWER BACK; CAR CRASH CUT ELECTRICITY TO 2,500.

Nearly half of the customers got their power back within 30 seconds of the 7:21 p.m. Sunday crash on Avenue I at Beech Avenue, and all but 60 within a half-hour, Southern California Edison Southern California Edison (or SCE Corp), the largest subsidiary of Edison International (NYSE: EIX), is the primary electricity supply company for much of Southern California.
