SSI's strategic relationships with software companies provide SSI with access to the latest technologies and information. SSI's full-service solutions offer round-the-clock support, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The MCG/SSI alliance helps assure resellers accurate, timely software support with increased efficiency and minimized downtime. Open communication enables SSI to provide high level support for Windows NT on MCG PowerStack systems. PowerStack lab systems at SSI headquarters enable SSI technicians to recreate most customers' problems, if necessary.

Regardless of the products or markets, resellers or their customers are likely to require some level of Windows NT support on an ongoing or periodic basis. Resellers may opt to outsource all or part of their support to third-party providers for assistance on tough questions or to supplement off-hours or peak support periods.

SSI provides a variety of software support programs for resellers and their customers. For MCG's resellers, MCG and SSI have developed several service offerings that MCG's resellers can resell:

Resellers can opt to have SSI provide support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  under the reseller's "private label." This option is available as part of a complete outsourcing program or as one of many customized support offerings, including: choice of specific days or hours the support will be offered, customized greetings, and data tracking and reporting.
