WHAT:             A keynote address by Cisco Systems Senior Vice
                  President Howard Charney that will highlight the
                  Weatherhead School of Managements alumni weekend.
                  Titled "Managing at the Crossroads of Risk and
                  Opportunity," Mr. Charney will speak from his
                  experience advising corporations and governments
                  worldwide about utilizing the Internet to build a
                  competitive advantage in the global business
                  environment.

                  Cisco, in conjunction with Sprint, built Case
                  Western Reserve's next-generation computer
                  network--starting with the Peter B. Lewis
                  Building--that delivers the fastest connections of
                  any university in the world.

                  There is a $25 admission fee.
