WHAT: "Voices of Inspiration--A Universal Hug" concert hosted by WTC
    widows, families and friends to thank Ground Zero Recovery Teams
    and their families for their diligent and tireless efforts.

    More than 500 tickets have been donated to rescue workers from the
PAPD, NYPD, NYFD, EMS, construction, and to other Ground Zero Recovery
Team members and their families.

WHEN: Wednesday, July 17, 2002; 8.p.m.

The event co-creators include Garry Tallent Garry Tallent (born October 27, 1949 in Detroit, Michigan), sometimes billed as Garry W. Tallent, is an American musician and record producer, best known for being the longtime bass player in Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band. , music director and bass guitarist with the E-Street Band; Rick Korn, documentary film producer and director; and Lisa Luckett, whose husband, Ted, worked on the 105th floor of the North tower and his body has yet to be recovered.

Luckett says, "My mission as a widow, a mother and an American is to bring awareness of the very serious emotional and psychological affects that the attack on the WTC WTC World Trade Center, see there  will cause for many Americans. The short and long-term Long-term
