   WHAT:      The Rock(R), Hulk Hogan(TM), and Stone Cold Steve
              Austin(TM), three of the greatest superstars in World
              Wrestling Entertainment(TM) history, will all return
              to the ring live on Pay-Per-View at WWE No Way Out(R)
              on Sunday, February 23, 2003 live from the Bell Centre
              in Montreal.

              It's been nearly 11 months since The Rock defeated
              Hogan at WrestleMania(R) X8 in front of a
              record-setting crowd of 68,237 at Toronto's SkyDome.
              Now, after a sixth month absence, both men return to
              face off once again in an epic rematch of greatness.


              WWE No Way Out will also mark the return of Stone Cold
              Steve Austin who abruptly walked out on WWE in June
              2002. "The Rattlesnake" will face off against Eric
              Bischoff - a grudge match seven years in the making
              dating back to their tumultuous days together at WCW.
