ANNOUNCEMENTS: Toshiba will be announcing several new products at
MTT-S, including:
-- Ultra-Compact Radio Frequency Components: Toshiba
will be expanding its portfolio of ultra-compact
RFICs with new devices designed for use in cable TV
tuners, cable modems and Bluetooth(TM) applications
for communications applications.
-- Microwave Component Modules for Telecommunications
Infrastructure Equipment: Toshiba will be
announcing the expansion of its microwave component
family with the addition of two new devices. The
new products are targeted for use in very small
aperture terminal (VSAT) satellite terminals and
wideband code division multiple access (W-CDMA)
basestations.
-- Solid State Power Amplifier for Long-Haul
Point-to-Point Terrestrial Communications: Toshiba
will strengthen its market leadership in high power
microwave semiconductors with the introduction of a
new power amplifier designed for use in gateway or
earth station satellite communications systems.
