                   world-wide marketing manager for the Government
                   Business Unit (GBU) and was responsible for the
                   capture and management of government programs that
                   ranged from $10 million to more than $1 billion in
                   overall value. He initiated GBU's international
                   programs, which demonstrated 100 percent growth
                   during its first three years, establishing new
                   government programs in the United Kingdom, China,
                   Singapore, Australia, France, Germany and Italy.
