WHO:           The Honorable Hillary Rodham Clinton will open Office
               Depot's Fourth Annual Success Strategies for
               Businesswomen Conference on Sunday, February 22,
               delivering a keynote address from 7:00-8:00 p.m.

               Dawn Hudson, President of Pepsi-Cola North America,
               will provide a keynote address on Monday, February 23
               from 8:15-9:15 a.m.

               Katie Couric, Co-anchor of NBC's Today and Contributing
               Anchor of Dateline NBC will speak on Monday,
               February 23 from 3:00-4:00 p.m.

               Mary Matalin, Former Assistant to President George Bush
               and Counselor to Vice President Dick Cheney, will speak
               on Tuesday, February 24 from 8:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

               Iyanla Vanzant, CEO, Innervisions Worldwide Spiritual
               Life Maintenance Center, will speak on Tuesday,
               February 24 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. as part of
               Office Depot's Inspirational Luncheon to honor
               "Businesswomen of the Year" recipients.

WHY:           This is the fourth year that Office Depot has hosted
               its Success Strategies for Businesswomen Conference.
               The conference brings together some of the country's
               most recognized and successful women visionaries as a
               means to provide entrepreneurial women with the
               knowledge and support they require to successfully grow
               their businesses.

WHEN:          February 22-24, 2004

VISUALS:       Broadcast Media is welcome to attend and permitted to
