          legalized online gaming in the United States. The PaySafeNow
          solution is an online ATM debit payment processing method on
          the market, creating new, secure payment methods which
          protect customers from fraud and provides new payment
          options for online business including ATM debit, as well as
          credit cards. The product supports existing magnetic stripe
          cards, as well as smart cards, and provides a means to
          transfer funds directly from an ATM debit account for
          payment or to load funds into an e-wallet or e-type of
          account.

          Besides expanding the types of online financial products
          and services for consumers, PaySafeNow extends Internet
          direct debit payments to other regions of the world where
          credit is not as widely used as in the United States. In
          addition to performing traditional debit transactions, the
          reader and software can facilitate wire transfers and online
          gaming winnings by loading funds into a customer's
          credit/debit account.
