    WHO & WHAT:

    Tim Kelliher, co-founder and vice president of hardware
    engineering at Pedestal Networks -- developer of innovative
    universal broadband solutions -- will speak at this week's FastNet
    Futures Conference in Santa Clara, Calif. on Monday, March 29.

    Kelliher will participate in the "Delivering Everywhere" panel
    with representatives from Critical Telecom, Go Digital Networks,
    Larribeau Associates, and Extel, where he will discuss the
    business case for carriers deploying DSL products like Pedestal's
    Universal Broadband Server(TM) (UBS(TM)). For more information

    Kelliher has over 10 years of hardware design and management
    experience and leads Pedestal Networks' system architecture. Prior
    to joining Pedestal Networks, Kelliher was the director of
    hardware engineering at Nortel Networks' (Nasdaq:NT) Broadband
    Access group, formerly Promatory Communications, where he was
    responsible for bringing to market the industry's first ATM based
    DSLAM solution. At Nortel, he was responsible for architecting the
    Universal Edge Remote DSLAM project as well as line card
    development for the Universal Edge IMAS DSLAM. Kelliher, who has
    multiple patents pending, received his BSEE degree at the
    University of Colorado, Boulder.
