REMINDER/Matthew Perry to Host Lili Claire's 3rd Annual Fundraiser.

WHAT:   The Lili Claire Foundation will hold its 3rd annual dinner
        honoring Nancy Tellem, President, CBS Entertainment, to
        benefit people living with Williams Syndrome and other
        neurogenetic birth defects such as Down Syndrome and Autism.

        This year's program, "Transforming Dreams into Reality," will
        be hosted by "Friends" star Matthew Perry, who will oversee an
        entertainment program that will feature some of today's
        hottest celebrities including upcoming "Charlie's Angels" star
        Lucy Liu ("Ally McBeal"); Emmy Award winner Megan Mullally
        ("Will and Grace"), singing "Dream a Little Dream";
        Emmy-nominated actress Amy Brenneman ("Judging Amy"),
        presenting the award to Tellem; and musical guests Pat
        Benatar, Cyndi Lauper, and Vinx.

        Additional confirmed guests to date include: Jennifer Aniston
        ("Friends"), Bradley Whitford ("West Wing"), Holly Robinson
        Peete ("For Your Love"), Jason Bateman ("The Hogan Family"),
        David James Elliot ("JAG"), Darren Star (Producer of "Sex and
        the City" and "Titans"), Peter Roth (President of Warner Bros.
        TV), Gary Hart (President of Paramount TV), Mimi Leder
        (Director of "Pay It Forward"), Oscar Goodman (Mayor of Las
        Vegas), Tom Hulce ("Amadeus"), Haley Joel Osment ("Sixth
        Sense"), and the Producers of "Friends."

        In September, Lili Claire Foundation brought a ten-year-old
        Venezuelan girl living with Williams Syndrome to the U.S. for
        an intensive genetics diagnostic evaluation. The foundation
        was established to help children and parents in need of
        counseling and care and to honor the memory of Lili Claire
        Resnick.

WHO:    Matthew Perry, Keith Resnick (Lili Claire Foundation
        Executive Director), and Vinx are some of the people available
        for interviews.
