What:       M-Systems (Nasdaq:FLSH) will be an exhibitor at the
            largest global event for GSM wireless and service provider
            industries, 3GSM World Congress 2004, to be held in
            Cannes, France later this month.

            On display will be M-Systems' newest flash-based data
            storage product targeted at the mobile handset market,
            Mobile DiskOnChip G3.

            Mobile DiskOnChip G3, selected by EDN as one of the top
            100 products of 2003, is a high-capacity, NAND-based
            on-board multimedia memory solution. It is targeted
            specifically for multimedia mobile handsets, providing
            phone manufacturers with the latest in flash technology.
            Mobile DiskOnChip features high performance, unmatched
            reliability and an ultra thin controller. It is equipped
            with a built-in boot block enabling it to completely
            replace legacy NOR devices within a smaller physical space
            and decrease overall memory expenditure. Within feature
            rich handsets, Mobile DiskOnChip can be used to store both
            the operating system (OS) and application code, as well as
            user data such as still pictures, video content, music
            files, JAVA games, multimedia messages, enterprise data
            and personal information manager (PIM) content.

            Currently, four out of five top tier handset manufacturers
            chose to integrate high-capacity, high-density Mobile
            DiskOnChip within their products. Additionally, two out of
            three top tier personal data assistants (PDAs) incorporate
            Mobile DiskOnChip to support the newest applications and
            functionality.

            Key members of M-Systems will also be available by
            appointment to discuss on-board multimedia memory
            innovations for the mobile market.
