What: Junior Achievement "Excellence Through Ethics" pilot program
teaching elementary school students that honesty and
integrity are the keys to success in business.
When: Wednesday, May 14, 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Where: John F. Kennedy Learning Center, 1802 Moser Ave., near
downtown Dallas
Who: 700 Kennedy Learning Center students and 50 Deloitte & Touche
partners and employees
Visuals:
Deloitte & Touche volunteer teachers in 35 fourth, fifth and sixth
grade classrooms teaching a specially-designed ethics curriculum.
Opportunity to visit classrooms during ethics training and
interact with students.
Dallas Independent School District Chief of Staff Carol Francois
welcomes Junior Achievement and Deloitte & Touche (8:15 a.m.).
Junior Achievement of Dallas President Linda Schoelkopf will be
available to answer questions about Junior Achievement and the
ethics curriculum.
Deloitte & Touche Regional Managing Partner Roger Nanney will be
teaching a fifth grade class.
