WHAT:   A grand reopening party will be held at the CAC-CarePlus East
        Hialeah Medical Center, which is currently owned by Physicians
        Healthcare Plans (PHP).

        The Grand reopening party will include delicious foods,
        music, a live remote from Radio Mambi, with giveaways from
        the radio station.

        11:30 AM - Grand Reopening Ceremony
        April 13, 2002

        East Hialeah CAC-CarePlus Medical Center

WHY:    To commemorate the reopening of the CAC Medical Centers,
        Physicians Healthcare Plans (PHP) will provide its members,
        physicians, and employees a grand reopening party. PHP
        currently covers over 200,000 South Floridians and it is the
        country's largest minority owned HMO.
