WHAT: The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia will host
its Super Sunday event on Sunday, December 10, 2000.
Super Sunday is the Federation's largest fundraising event
of the year. This year's theme -- Building A Stronger
Jewish Community -- has special meaning due to the
violence in the Middle East. During this time of turmoil
in Israel, this year's phone-a-thon is critical to helping
support the lives of countless Jews in our local
community, the former Soviet Union and Israel.
Children's activities are planned at each location
including making edible menorahs, dancing the Hanukah
Hora, Challah making and much more!!
