RELM Wireless Introduces New Mobile Extender.

RELM Wireless Corporation (NASDAQ: RELM) a manufacturer, developer, and distributor of wireless land mobile radio (LMR) products today announced the introduction of the RYB mobile extender.

The RYB is available to all RELM, Uniden and BK Radio users and dealers.

Rugged and compact, the RYB contains a low power transceiver and repeater crossover circuitry that, when connected to a vehicle mobile radio, allows the mobile radio to act as a repeater. It effectively increases the power and expands the coverage of handheld portable radios when users are away from their vehicle, enabling the portable radio to utilize the higher power of the vehicle-mounted mobile radio.
