SAN LEANDRO, Calif., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- A traditional holiday dinner prepared at home can easily cost more than $100. This year, holiday hosts can feed their hungry hordes inexpensively -- 10 guests each for less than $5 -- and feel like pampered guests at their own gatherings by taking advantage of Lucky Stores' complete pre-prepared holiday meals.
With entrees ranging from honey nugget ham to turkey, Lucky Stores' dinners come conveniently prepared with all of the trimmings, including such holiday staples as herb stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, cranapple sauce and pumpkin pie. Dinners range from $29.97 to $43.99, and serve six to 10 people.
For those who want just a few items to complement their own main courses, Lucky also offers its menu of affordable holiday dinner items a la carte.
"Our customers have enough to worry about without having to pay exorbitant prices to make a complete meal," says Ruth Grant, vice president, deli/bakery, marketing for Lucky Stores' Northern California Division. "Our economically priced, prepared holiday dinners provide customers with a convenient and affordable alternative to the high cost of entertaining during the holidays."
Complete dinners and a la carte items can be ordered 48 hours in advance by calling 800-83-LUCKY. All Thanksgiving dinner orders must be received by Tuesday, Nov. 22, at 11 a.m.
