REDCOM REDCOM Readiness Command  Laboratories Inc., Victor, N.Y., is being awarded a $5,339,780 firm-fixed-price contract for 17 tactical dual voice modules (nine main and eight user), and eight mission support kits, cable distribution kits and voice mail platforms to support the Integrated Services Digital Network Integrated services digital network (ISDN)

A generic term referring to the integration of communications services transported over digital facilities such as wire pairs, coaxial cables, optical fibers, microwave radio, and satellites.
 basic rate interfaces, the Integrated Services Digital Network primary rate interfaces and SS7 and C7 signaling systems that are utilized by U.S. Central Command Deployable Communications for Operation Enduring Freedom. Work will be performed in Victor, N.Y. and is to be completed in December 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command The Naval Air Systems Command, or NAVAIR, is the part of the United States Navy which provides materiel support for naval aircraft and airborne weapon systems, such as guided missiles. NAVAIR was established in 1966 as the successor to the Navy's Bureau of Naval Weapons (BuWeps). , Naval Air Warfare Center The Naval Air Warfare Center was a former U.S. Navy military installation located in Warminster, Pennsylvania and Ivyland, Pennsylvania.

The U.S. Navy purchased the grounds to establish this facility from the Brewster Aeronautical Corporation following its bankruptcy in the
 Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, Md., is the contracting activity (N00421-03-C-0005).
