RECYCLING EFFORT CARWASH GROUP IS HONORED FOR REUSE OF WATER.

The Western Carwash Association, a five-state trade association with close to 1,000 members, was recognized for its efforts to protect and preserve the environment during an April 22 Earth Day ceremony by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), independent agency of the U.S. government, with headquarters in Washington, D.C. ``By establishing a community/business partnership with a professional wash establishment, charity groups accomplish two things, raising more money than they would normally raise washing cars themselves, and protecting the environment,'' Cressall said.
