"The Deal of the Year Awards allow us to gather the influential members of the residential real estate community in New York and present awards to the top performers. It's also a chance to raise much-needed funds for our city's largest providers of homeless services," said Steven Spinola, president of the Real Estate Board of New York.

"We're pleased to present awards to these deserving individuals," said Diane Ramirez Co-chairperson of the Residential Deal of the Year Committee. "Not only do we congratulate the winners, but we thank the member firms for showing their support for the honorees, as well as these important charity organizations."
