REBNY names contenders for Ingenious deal awards.


The submissions are in for REBNY's prestigious Ingenious Deal of the Year awards which recognize the top sales, leasing and finance transactions of the year.

The winners will be announced at the Sales Brokers committee annual cocktail party on Tuesday, April 12.

Said Steven Spinola, REBNY REBNY Real Estate Board of New York  president, "The increasing number of submissions each year shows how the competition has grown in the 61 years we've been presenting these honors.

"With the addition of the Edward S. Gordon award, we can now recognize the top deal for finance, sales and leasing, giving each discipline a chance to be acknowledged."

The Henry Hart Henry Hart may refer to:
  • Henry Hart (author), an American poet and author
  • Henry Hart (musician), a musician from Indiana who led a band and a minstrel show in the 19th Century and early 20th Century
 Rice award will remain the first place award, the Robert T. Lawrence award will be the second place award and the new Edward S. Gordon award will serve as the third place award. One prize will be presented to each of the three disciplines--sales, leasing and finance.

The honors are presented to the deals that demonstrate the most ingenuity, creativity and professional skill.

Judges will first select the best submission from each discipline, and then choose which should be awarded the first, second and third place prizes.
