The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, January 23 at 5 p.m. REBNY commercial brokerage firm members may submit one nominee nominee n. 1) a person or entity who is requested or named to act for another, such as an agent or trustee. 2) a potential successor to another's rights under a contract. and a one-page description of the candidate's qualifications. Supporting documentation is also required. Nominees should have less than five years experience as a salesperson or broker by January 1, 2006. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate sound moral character and ethical behavior, a meaningful role in originating and closing transactions, leadership qualities, solid teamwork skills, significant contributions to their firm's growth and success and participation in charitable endeavors.
