REBNY launches search for a star.

The Real Estate Board of New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 (REBNY REBNY Real Estate Board of New York ) is now accepting submissions for its annual Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year award, which recognizes the industry's most talented newcomers for their current and potential professional achievement, ethical standards, leadership and skill. The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, January 23 at 5 p.m.

REBNY commercial brokerage firm members may submit one nominee nominee n. 1) a person or entity who is requested or named to act for another, such as an agent or trustee. 2) a potential successor to another's rights under a contract.  and a one-page description of the candidate's qualifications. Supporting documentation is also required. Nominees should have less than five years experience as a salesperson or broker by January 1, 2006.

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate sound moral character and ethical behavior, a meaningful role in originating and closing transactions, leadership qualities, solid teamwork skills, significant contributions to their firm's growth and success and participation in charitable endeavors.
