REBNY all set to announce ingenious deal of the year.


The Real Estate Board's Sales Brokers and Finance committees will announce the winners of REBNY's annual prizes for distinguished achievement in commercial brokerage and finance at their joint April 15th cocktail party (5:30 p.m.) in the 101 Club.

Thirteen of the submissions for the brokerage contests are lease transactions, three are sales and one a sale and leaseback sale and leaseback

The sale of a fixed asset that is then leased by the former owner from the new owner. A sale and leaseback permits a firm to withdraw its equity in an asset without giving up use of the asset. Also called leaseback.
. There are three submissions for the finance award.

REBNY REBNY Real Estate Board of New York  President Steven Spinola said, "The ingenuity demonstrated in these significant brokerage and finance transactions clearly demonstrate how essential brokers and their work are to New York's economic growth. To celebrate such accomplishments, the Real Estate Board has been proudly bestowing such prizes for 60 years."

The Sales Brokers Committee will present the Henry Hart Henry Hart may refer to:

 Rice Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award and the Robert T. Lawrence Memorial Award. The Finance Committee will give out the Mortgage Brokers Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award.
