 Ltd. was presented the Henry Forster Award. Awards also were presented for the first-prize, second-prize and third-prize sales deals, as well as two rental awards.

The proceeds raised at this year's gala will be distributed between two organizations that provide services to the city's homeless population, the New Destiny Housing Corporation, which provides affordable housing for low-income, domestic violence survivors, and Urban Pathways, Inc., which offers food, shelter and support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  to homeless men and women.

Proceeds also will benefit REBNY's Member In Need Fund, which was created in 1997.

The Member in Need Fund has already helped nine member brokers overcome financial difficulties since its inception.
