President George George, river, c.345 mi (560 km) long, rising in a lake on the Quebec-Labrador boundary, E Canada. It flows N through Indian Lake (125 sq mi/324 sq km) to Ungava Bay (an arm of Hudson Strait). W. Bush has designated officers from the U.S. Marine Corps Base at Camp Pendleton to place a wreath on Reagan's grave site on Bush's behalf. Patriotic music will be offered beginning at 10:30 a.m. by the Camp Pendleton band and by the U.S. Naval Academy Men's Glee Club. Col. James B. Seaton III, commanding officer at Camp Pendleton, will conduct a ceremony beginning at 11 a.m. and ending with remarks by former Attorney General Edwin Meese Edwin "Ed" Meese III (born December 2, 1931 in Oakland, California) served as the seventy-fifth Attorney General of the United States (1985-1988). Education/staff of Governor Reagan , followed by the wreath-laying ceremony and a 21-gun salute. Following the ceremony, birthday cake will be served in the library's main lobby all day or as long as supplies last. The birthday-related events are free and open to the public, although regular admission is charged to visit the museum exhibits. The library is at 40 Presidential Drive in Simi Valley.
