 will attempt do just that when its Powerade Drag Racing drag racing

It's the first time since 1990 that the traditional season opener was postponed to an alternate weekend.

``Our game plan hasn't changed, it's just the day we're doing it that changed,'' said back-to-back Top Fuel champion Larry Dixon, who is seventh at 4.662 after last week's lone qualifying session.

``On the first run last Thursday we softened the car to make sure we got in the field. You can't win anything if you're not qualified. You never know what the weather will do and we're in the same predicament again, just a week later.

``We'll be a little more aggressive (today) because we have one solid run under our belts. Then we'll pick up the pace more and more each day.''
