RE group building Homes for Our Troops.


Women In Relocation, the New York City New York City: see New York, city.
New York City

City (pop., 2000: 8,008,278), southeastern New York, at the mouth of the Hudson River. The largest city in the U.S.
 based group of tri-state relocation tri-state professionals, has named Homes for Our Troops as the charity it will support this year.

A non-profit, non-partisan group, Homes for Our Troops builds specially adapted homes for severely injured in·jure  
tr.v. in·jured, in·jur·ing, in·jures
1. To cause physical harm to; hurt.

2. To cause damage to; impair.

3.
 veterans of war in Iraq and Afghanistan. The organization will receive WIR's donations, as well as coverage on its website.

The announcement came at WIR's Spring Event held at the west side office of Brown Harris Stevens.

The event was kicked off by guest speaker, Gregory Heym, senior vice president, Research and Communications, Terra Holdings who discussed "Housing and Economic Trends in New York City." Dedicated to providing a forum to meet and develop a network with colleagues, WIR WIR Wilhelm Imaging Research, Inc.
