Plans call for the company to go public within 90 days. The new entertainment company will provide independent producers a direct pipeline for their product to the international marketplace and provide independent production entities a rolling development fund with up to $500,000 in initial capital. Under the new entertainment umbrella, Voyager will co-venture with L.A.-based Aurora Productions for a new international film sales company, Voyager Film Sales. The new entity will handle international sales for 3-4 films in 1998, with an additional 6-8 in 1999. Voyager Film Sales also launches with a multi-picture deal with Aurora Productions and Vancouver-based Blackcomb Productions. Blackcomb will provide Voyager Film Sales with a television movie entitled, "Sun Peaks", to be filmed in December of 1998. Also in the works is a feature film entitled, "The 9 Circles", set to lens in Egypt in the spring of 1999. Tapped as President of Voyager International Entertainment is producer/director/cinematographer, Warren Wayne, whose production credits include nine feature films for such companies as Tri-Star, Touchstone touchstone Black, silica-containing stone used in assaying to determine the purity of gold and silver.
