) has purchased AD OPT's ShiftLogic(tm) scheduling software. Based in London, NATS provides the majority of the United Kingdom's air traffic control and employs more than 5,000 personnel.

ShiftLogic is an advanced human resource planning tool which offers shift schedule planning, updating and administrative functionality together with powerful optimization modules, which are used to produce the most efficient schedules while allowing consideration of employee preferences and quality of life scenarios.
