 RCM TECHNOLOGIES TERMINATES SYSTEM 99 DEVELOPMENT;
 WILL CONTINUE ENVIRONMENTAL FOCUS
 PENNSAUKEN, N.J., July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- RCM Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RCMT; BSE: RMT) today announced the results of the technological review by United Engineers and Constructors of RCM's advanced flue gas control process known as System 99.
 United Engineers and Constructors reported to the board of directors that System 99 is not technically feasible or commercially viable. United Engineers and Constructors presented its findings in detail to a special meeting of the board of directors called to review the results of the technological study.
 The board has accepted the results of United Engineers and Constructors and, as a result, has voted to terminate any further development, research or marketing efforts with regard to System 99.
 Leon Kopyt, president and chief operating officer of RCM Technologies, Inc., voiced disappointment at the outcome of the technological review of System 99, but said, "the company will continue to pursue other environmental technologies, and is continuing to streamline Intertec Design, Inc., in order to improve profitability."
 Intertec Design, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of RCM Technologies, Inc., and is primarily involved in providing professional engineering and technical services, through twelve offices nationwide, to major corporations in aerospace, chemical and industrial manufacturing.
 The second quarter results recently announced by RCM reflected an improved financial performance from Intertec Design, Inc.
