RCAI & North American Systems Inc. Initial Sales Efforts in the Southeastern States Bring Promising Results.

LAKE FOREST, Calif. -- RCAI (Reclamation Consulting & Applications Inc.) (OTCBB:RCAA) announced that RCAI and North American Systems Inc. sales teams have completed the first week of demonstrations for RCAI's ALDEROX(TM) ASA-12(TM) and ALDEROX(TM) DCR(TM) products at a number of high-profile asphalt plants in the southeastern United States.

Following successful demonstration of the product's capabilities, one of the larger customers requested an immediate submission for a proposal to supply up to 12 of their plants with ALDEROX(TM) products in their southeast region. The proposal is currently being reviewed by senior management.

All of the southeastern customers have requested to see a demonstration of ALDEROX(TM) ASA-12(TM) tested with an asphalt mix known as SC5, currently Florida's product of choice. SC5 is a very sticky, polymerized asphalt mix (similar to the asphalt mixes that ASA-12(TM) has already been proven to provide superior results with in the western United States). The SC5 asphalt mix can leave a residue up to 6 inches thick in truck beds. In many cases, the truck beds that have carried SC5 need to be scraped out with a back-hoe and cleaned for at least one-half hour prior to being reloaded. Follow-up demos and sales calls are scheduled for the end of July. The three customers with whom RCAI and NAS are currently working with in the Florida region represent a total of 265 asphalt plants throughout the eastern United States.
