Aggravated assaults were down from 661 in 2005 to 575 last year, a 13 percent decline, and arson was down 13 percent from 62 in 2005 to 54 last year. There were 690 auto thefts in 2006 compared with 764 the previous year, a 10 percent decline. The unincorporated Adj. 1. unincorporated - not organized and maintained as a legal corporation unorganised, unorganized - not having or belonging to a structured whole; "unorganized territories lack a formal government" regions in the Palmdale's sheriff station's jurisdiction experienced a 3 percent decline in PartI crimes. There were 12 rapes in those areas compared with eight the previous year, a 50 percent increase.
