RANDALL ACQUIRES TRUCKING SITE FROM PVN, INC.

.com, a site for the trucking industry, from PVN (Private Virtual Network) See VPN.  Inc. The purchase came during PVN's Capter 11 hearing on March 7. No terms of the deal were given.

The acquired site has 50,000 registered users and offers news and information on industry developments and new technologies as well as business services for the trucking industry. Randall said that PNV.com operations will be moved from New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 to Alabama and will be merged with Randall's eTrucker.net trucking industry portal during a "transition period."

Randall vice president Jeff Mason said the merger of the two sites "(solidifies) our place as the leader in trucking information services See Information Systems. ." Randall Trucking Media Group, which operates three print publications (Trucking Co., Overdrive and Truckers News), eight Web sites and a trade show, will consolidate all of its trucking Web sites in the new site.
