What: Peter Allen hosts the 62nd season of the opera series broadcast live and in digital stereo from the stage of New York's Metropolitan Opera House. The 2001-2002 season opens with ``Die Meistersinger von Nurnberg'' (Wagner).

When: 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Saturday.
