RADGames, Inc. Wins Favorable Ruling at Hearing in Hasbro Case; Judgment Allows Release of Super Add-Ons In Time For Holiday Season.

: HAS) in Hasbro's litigation against the Peterborough, New Hampshire-based company. In its complaint, Hasbro alleged trademark and copyright infringement against RADGames, who had introduced a new board game - Super Add-Ons(TM) - at The American International Toy Fair The American International Toy Fair (the trademarked name uses all capitals for TOY FAIR) is one of a few major toy industry trade shows held around the world.
