Wilkins pointed out several other industries where companies manufacture products to augment existing ones. "Designers make patterned covers for cell phones, companies make after-market parts and accessories for automobiles. No one needs to ask the manufacturer's permission to add-on." RADGames is confident it will prevail on the Hasbro claim and will be able to sell its product in the near future. Additionally, RADGames is contemplating legal action in an attempt to recover lost business and revenue as a result of the Hasbro complaint.
