R.R. DONNELLEY TO INCREASE VIRGINIA BOOK PLANT'S CAPACITY BY 50 PERCENT TO MEET TRADE, COLLEGE DEMAND

 CHICAGO, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- R.R. Donnelley and Sons Company, (NYSE: DNY) the world's largest commercial printer, is constructing a 250,000-square-foot addition to its book manufacturing division in Harrisonburg, Va.
 The first of five new web-offset presses is scheduled to start up in the second quarter of 1994. The $40 million expansion also will provide added binding capacity and will create more than 200 jobs for R.R. Donnelley's Harrisonburg Division, which opened in 1980 and currently employs 630 persons.
