Quovadx to Integrate RxHub's PRN Solution Through Its Cloverleaf(R) Integration Services.

(Nasdaq: QVDX), a global software and vertical solution company, today announced it has expanded its existing relationship with RxHub, LLC (RxHub), the leader in the exchange of real-time patient prescribing information. Under terms of the expanded agreement, Quovadx will allow RxHub to resell Cloverleaf[R] Integration Services to payers and pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs) to provide secure access to 160 million covered lives for clinical decision support information including prescription formulary, benefits and coverage, and medication claims history to physicians at the point of care.

This expanded relationship will allow payers and PBMs to more rapidly and efficiently implement RxHub's PRN solution. Enabling electronic connectivity between RxHub and payers or PBMs will assist payers in lowering costs and improving patient safety by improving formulary compliance and reducing adverse drug events. The RxHub PRN (Physicians Reducing Negative Events) service offering is used in the Ambulatory setting.

RxHub PRN provides physicians in ambulatory settings with patient-specific medication history and pharmacy benefit information at the point-of-care. Through the use of Cloverleaf Integration Services, RxHub can more rapidly deploy additional payers and PBMs to their PRN solution by providing a secure, efficient environment for the exchange and translation of data. Cloverleaf[R] integration enablement of the RxHub PRN solution is available today.
