The acquisition also includes select assets of Green Sheet Communications, including web registries, the "Official Industry Meeting Calendar (listing conferences, exhibitions and workshops for the graphic arts industry), and the Extended Service Program (a market-intelligence service).

Graphic Communications World, which is taglined "The Newsletter of Record for the Graphic Arts," covers technology in the field, edited for senior executives, educators, and managers worldwide.

Quoin will expand the newsletter's delivery methods to include fax, e-mail, and intranet information licensing. It will also offer internet database access to its 34-year archive of industry news.
