Quinzieme Colloque Scientifique International sur le Cafe, 2 vols. These two volumes present in full detail the findings of a huge number of people involved in the coffee industry with all the essays resulting from the colloquium col·lo·qui·um n. pl. col·lo·qui·ums or col·lo·qui·a 1. The range of topics covered is quite outstanding, which is a fitting reflection of the international flavour of the authors. Anyone involved in the coffee industry, at whatever stage, should find something of interest here with the two volumes split into sections such as biotechnology, chemistry, technology, physiological and health topics, and agricultural subjects. Of the one hundred and thirty plus essays in this publication ninety five are printed in English with the remainder in French. Here is a brief selection of the English chapter titles: Variations in the total nuclear DNA content in African Coffea species; Arabica a·rab·i·ca n. 1. a.
