QuietTiger Secures $5 Million Equity Line; The Equity Line Will Help Assure Continuity of QuietTiger's Exclusive MediaMax Marketing Agreement with SunnComm International.

:QTIG) announced today that it has secured a $5 million equity line of credit from Double U Master Fund L.P., an international investment fund. The funding can be drawn at any time during the 24-month period following the effectiveness of a registration statement and subject to certain conditions. The equity line allows for the sale by QuietTiger of up to $5 million worth of common stock at 93% of the then current market price, but in no event at less than $0.25 per share.
